3D Eyebrow

3D eyebrow modeling is an emerging field focusing on accurately reconstructing and analyzing eyebrow geometry from images or videos. Current research employs learning-based frameworks, often adapting techniques from hair reconstruction, to create 3D eyebrow models from single views, utilizing neural networks to predict fiber orientation and growth. This work is driven by applications in areas such as sign language analysis (where subtle eyebrow movements convey meaning) and deepfake detection (where eyebrow inconsistencies can reveal manipulated videos). The development of accurate 3D eyebrow models is crucial for improving the reliability of facial analysis in various applications.
