Agentive Permission
Agentive permission research explores how to grant and manage permissions for autonomous agents, encompassing diverse applications from multi-agent systems to metaverse environments and personal data management. Current work focuses on developing formal models to analyze permission structures, designing secure frameworks for managing permissions in complex systems (e.g., using LLMs for content moderation and cybersecurity training), and automating privacy decisions to alleviate user burden. This research is crucial for building trustworthy and secure AI systems, improving user privacy and control over personal data, and enabling safe and efficient operation of autonomous systems in various domains.
