Biological Pathway

Biological pathways, representing sequences of events or interactions within a system, are being investigated across diverse fields using computational methods to understand complex processes and improve predictions. Current research focuses on developing and applying novel algorithms, including graph neural networks, Bayesian networks, and large language models, to analyze pathway data from various sources, such as genomic data, medical records, and images. This work aims to improve the accuracy and interpretability of models for tasks ranging from disease diagnosis and treatment planning to materials science and engineering design, ultimately leading to more efficient and effective solutions in numerous domains.
