Blind Watermarking
Blind watermarking aims to embed imperceptible information, such as copyright ownership, into digital media, allowing for later verification without needing the original unwatermarked data. Current research focuses on improving robustness against various attacks (e.g., image manipulation, model-level attacks on GANs) and enhancing imperceptibility using techniques like adaptive embedding based on psychovisual features and deep learning models with synchronization and fusion mechanisms. These advancements are crucial for protecting intellectual property rights and ensuring the authenticity of digital content, with applications ranging from image authentication to securing GAN-generated assets.
