Chatbot Data
Chatbot data research centers on understanding and improving the vast datasets used to train and evaluate large language models (LLMs) powering modern chatbots. Current efforts focus on creating diverse, publicly available datasets reflecting real-world usage, developing methods to detect and mitigate biases inherited from training data, and establishing robust auditing frameworks to ensure alignment with societal values. This research is crucial for building trustworthy and ethical chatbots, impacting both the development of more reliable AI systems and the responsible deployment of this rapidly evolving technology across various applications.
