Clinical Practice Guideline

Clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) aim to standardize and optimize healthcare delivery by providing evidence-based recommendations for diagnosis and treatment. Current research focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence, particularly large language models (LLMs) and deep learning, to improve CPG adherence and accessibility through automated knowledge extraction, decision support systems, and intelligent interfaces for navigating complex guidelines. This work is significant because it addresses challenges like variability in clinical practice and the difficulty of keeping up with rapidly evolving medical knowledge, ultimately aiming to enhance the quality and efficiency of patient care.
