Complex 3D Scene

Complex 3D scene understanding aims to enable computers to interpret and interact with three-dimensional environments, focusing on efficient scene representation and manipulation. Current research emphasizes developing novel neural network architectures, including those based on neural radiance fields (NeRFs), transformers, and graph convolutional networks, to improve scene reconstruction, object manipulation, and path planning in diverse scenarios. These advancements are crucial for robotics, augmented/virtual reality, and autonomous navigation, enabling more robust and efficient systems that can operate in complex, unstructured environments. The development of new benchmarks and datasets further facilitates the evaluation and comparison of these methods.
