Conversational Framework
Conversational frameworks are being developed to improve the naturalness, efficiency, and task-oriented capabilities of human-computer dialogue systems. Current research focuses on leveraging large language models (LLMs) and incorporating elements like theory-of-mind modeling to better understand and respond to user beliefs and intentions, as well as exploring efficient decoding strategies for simultaneous translation and adapting LLMs to diverse tasks such as mobile UI interaction. These advancements aim to create more engaging and effective conversational agents for various applications, ranging from machine translation and problem-solving to interactive mobile interfaces.
