Conversational Interface

Conversational interfaces, aiming to create natural and intuitive human-computer interaction through dialogue, are a rapidly evolving field. Current research emphasizes enhancing these interfaces by integrating large language models (LLMs) to improve natural language understanding, facilitate connections to backend services (often using low-code platforms), and enable more nuanced, context-aware responses, including emotional intelligence in specific applications like healthcare. This work is significant because it addresses limitations in existing systems, such as the need for extensive retraining and the challenge of handling complex user queries, ultimately leading to more effective and user-friendly applications across various domains.
