COVID 19 Screening
COVID-19 screening research focuses on developing rapid, accurate, and accessible alternatives to the gold-standard RT-PCR test. Current efforts utilize diverse data sources, including chest X-rays and CT scans analyzed via convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and ensemble deep learning models, as well as urine parameters assessed with machine learning algorithms. These methods aim to improve early detection and reduce the spread of infection, particularly in resource-limited settings. The development and validation of these screening tools are crucial for public health management and reducing the burden on healthcare systems.
