Cross Attention Block
Cross-attention blocks are a key component in many modern deep learning architectures, enabling efficient information exchange between different parts of an input or between different input modalities. Current research focuses on leveraging cross-attention within transformer-based models for tasks such as image super-resolution, medical image segmentation, and object detection, often incorporating it into novel architectures like multi-scale or hierarchical transformers. These advancements improve performance in various applications by enabling more effective feature fusion and context modeling, leading to significant improvements in accuracy and efficiency across diverse fields.
