Cross Cultural
Cross-cultural research investigates how cultural differences influence human behavior and interactions, particularly within the context of artificial intelligence (AI). Current studies focus on identifying and mitigating cultural biases in large language models (LLMs) and other AI systems, often employing techniques like contrastive learning, multi-agent simulations, and variational autoencoders to analyze and improve cross-cultural understanding and communication. This work is crucial for developing AI systems that are fair, equitable, and effective across diverse populations, impacting fields ranging from autonomous vehicle design to social media analysis and language translation.
