Cyberthreat Intelligence
Cyberthreat intelligence (CTI) focuses on collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information about cyberattacks to improve cybersecurity defenses. Current research emphasizes automated methods for extracting actionable insights from CTI reports, including the identification of temporal attack patterns using machine learning and natural language processing techniques, such as those based on large language models and LSTM networks. This work aims to move beyond simple indicator-based threat detection towards a more proactive, pattern-based approach, improving the effectiveness of threat prediction and mitigation strategies for organizations. The resulting advancements have significant implications for enhancing cybersecurity preparedness and response capabilities.
