Deep Learning Based Recoloring

Deep learning-based recoloring focuses on efficiently and realistically altering the colors of images and 3D models, particularly neural radiance fields (NeRFs). Current research emphasizes developing faster, more interactive methods for both global and local color adjustments, often incorporating techniques like layer decomposition or selective neuron retraining within NeRF architectures to improve speed and precision. This work is significant for applications ranging from enhancing 3D scene reconstructions and graphic design to addressing challenges in image forensics and protecting digital ownership of 3D assets. The development of robust and efficient recoloring techniques is crucial for various fields requiring manipulation of visual data.
