Current research heavily utilizes large language models (LLMs) and graph neural networks (GNNs) to automate tasks like code generation (e.g., Verilog for hardware), intelligent human-computer interaction in design software, and material selection for product design. These advancements promise to significantly reduce design time and costs, improve design quality, and enable the creation of more complex and efficient systems across multiple industries.
