Diagnostic Dataset

Diagnostic datasets are collections of annotated medical data designed to train and evaluate artificial intelligence models for clinical diagnosis. Current research focuses on developing datasets that reflect the complexity of real-world diagnostic processes, including multi-step diagnoses and the incorporation of physician reasoning and knowledge graphs. These datasets utilize various data modalities, such as electronic medical records, radiology images, and even video, employing transformer-based models and other deep learning architectures for analysis. The resulting advancements hold significant potential for improving the accuracy and efficiency of medical diagnosis, ultimately leading to better patient care.
