Disease severity assessment aims to objectively quantify the extent of illness, improving diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of various conditions. This work focuses on automating severity scoring from diverse data modalities, including medical images, videos, and wearable sensor data, with the goal of improving diagnostic accuracy, personalizing treatment, and streamlining clinical workflows.
