Driving Agent
Driving agents, autonomous systems designed to navigate vehicles, are a rapidly evolving field focusing on creating safe and reliable self-driving capabilities. Current research emphasizes improving robustness against adversarial attacks and enhancing the ability of agents to learn, adapt, and collaborate in complex, dynamic environments, often leveraging large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning (RL) algorithms. This work is crucial for advancing the safety and efficiency of autonomous vehicles, impacting both the scientific understanding of AI in complex systems and the potential for real-world deployment of self-driving technology. Key challenges include improving perception accuracy, handling unexpected situations, and ensuring reliable communication and collaboration between multiple agents.
