Electrocardiogram Delineation
Electrocardiogram (ECG) delineation aims to automatically identify key waveform features (P, QRS, T waves) within ECG signals, crucial for accurate heart condition diagnosis. Recent research heavily utilizes deep learning, particularly employing U-Net-like architectures and novel keypoint estimation models, to improve delineation accuracy and efficiency, often addressing challenges posed by limited annotated data through self-training or synthetic data augmentation. These advancements are significant because precise delineation enables faster and more reliable automated analysis of ECGs, potentially improving diagnostic capabilities and patient care.
