Emotion Frame Ontology
Emotion frame ontologies aim to create structured representations of emotions, facilitating their computational analysis and cross-disciplinary understanding. Current research focuses on developing and evaluating these ontologies, often employing frame-based or hierarchical architectures, and applying them to tasks like emotion detection in text and multimodal data. This work is significant for advancing both theoretical models of emotion and practical applications in areas such as mental health, social media analysis, and human-computer interaction, by providing a standardized framework for emotion representation and analysis.
