Event Commonsense

Event commonsense research focuses on enabling machines to understand and reason about the relationships between events, going beyond explicit information to infer implicit contextual knowledge. Current work centers on developing models that can handle complex sentences with multiple events, leveraging commonsense knowledge graphs and incorporating temporal reasoning to improve inference accuracy, particularly in tasks like coreference resolution and dialogue systems.
