Face Video

Face video research focuses on generating, manipulating, and compressing high-quality video sequences of faces, aiming for realistic and efficient representations. Current efforts concentrate on developing advanced generative models, such as GANs and diffusion models, often incorporating neural radiance fields (NeRFs) for enhanced 3D realism and attention mechanisms for disentangling identity and expression. These techniques are improving lip synchronization, enabling high-fidelity video restoration and upsampling from extremely low resolutions, and facilitating applications in areas like virtual avatars, video conferencing, and human-computer interaction.
