Feature Guidance

Feature guidance is a rapidly developing area focusing on improving the performance of various algorithms by incorporating informative features to direct their operation. Current research emphasizes using machine learning models, particularly diffusion models and variational Bayesian methods, to generate or select these guiding features, enhancing tasks ranging from image generation and compression to 3D registration and solving complex optimization problems like the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem.
