Future Network

Future networks are being designed to be AI-native, aiming for autonomous operation and optimized resource management through machine learning. Current research focuses on integrating sensing, communication, and computation (ISCC), employing techniques like reinforcement learning (for resource management) and neural architecture search (for model optimization), alongside exploring alternative model architectures such as state space models as more efficient alternatives to transformers. This research is crucial for enabling the envisioned intelligent and efficient 6G networks, impacting both the development of novel network architectures and the improvement of existing network performance and security.
