G Network
G networks, encompassing 5G and the emerging 6G, leverage machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize network performance, security, and resource management. Current research focuses on applying various ML models, including graph neural networks (GNNs), deep reinforcement learning (DRL), and large language models (LLMs), to address challenges such as channel quality prediction, intent-based network management, and efficient resource allocation in increasingly complex network environments. This research is significant for improving the reliability, efficiency, and security of next-generation wireless networks, impacting both the scientific understanding of network optimization and the practical deployment of advanced communication technologies.
