Human Robot Interface
Human-robot interfaces (HRIs) aim to create intuitive and efficient communication pathways between humans and robots, enabling effective collaboration on complex tasks. Current research focuses on improving HRI design through various methods, including haptic feedback for enhanced teleoperation, natural language processing for visual servoing control using models like CLIPUNetr, and bio-inspired interfaces leveraging muscle synergy for kinodynamic control. These advancements are crucial for expanding robotic applications across diverse fields, from space exploration and underwater robotics to assistive technologies and manufacturing, by making robots more accessible and easier to control for a wider range of users.
