Inclusive Approach

Inclusive approaches in technology development aim to ensure equitable access and benefit for all users, regardless of background or ability. Current research focuses on mitigating biases in AI systems, particularly in vision-language models and security/privacy products, by incorporating diverse datasets and user feedback throughout the design process, and adapting interfaces for neurodivergent individuals. This work is crucial for addressing societal inequalities and promoting fairness in technological advancements, impacting fields ranging from assistive technologies to education and workplace accessibility.
