Individual Microbubbles
Individual microbubbles are being extensively studied for their applications in advanced medical imaging and microrobotics. Current research focuses on improving the detection and localization of microbubbles within complex environments, employing deep learning architectures like convolutional neural networks and transformers to overcome challenges posed by high concentrations and overlapping signals. These advancements are leading to higher-resolution ultrasound imaging techniques and enabling the development of autonomously controlled micro-robots for targeted drug delivery and minimally invasive procedures.
