Instruction Quality
Instruction quality, encompassing the effectiveness and clarity of instructions given to learners or machines, is a burgeoning research area focusing on improving the design and evaluation of instructions across diverse contexts. Current research utilizes large language models (LLMs) and deep learning methods to analyze and generate instructions, often employing techniques like instruction tuning and multi-objective optimization to enhance their quality and impact. This work has implications for improving educational outcomes, automating feedback mechanisms for teachers, and enhancing the performance and reliability of AI systems, particularly in areas like code generation and multimodal interaction.
