Internet of Medical Thing
The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) integrates medical devices and sensors with the internet to enable remote patient monitoring, early disease detection, and improved healthcare delivery. Current research heavily utilizes machine learning, particularly deep learning architectures like convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), often combined with federated learning (FL) to address data privacy and heterogeneity across diverse healthcare settings. This field is significant for its potential to revolutionize healthcare through personalized medicine, improved diagnostics, and more efficient resource allocation, while simultaneously tackling critical challenges in data security and interoperability.
