Live Fingerprint
"Live fingerprint" research encompasses the creation, analysis, and application of digital representations of fingerprints, aiming to improve authentication and forensic techniques. Current research focuses on generating realistic synthetic fingerprints using generative adversarial networks (GANs) and diffusion models, analyzing the statistical distribution of fingerprint core locations for improved accuracy, and developing robust and lightweight fingerprint methods for various applications like audio and video content recognition and copyright protection. These advancements have significant implications for enhancing security systems, combating misinformation, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of biometric identification.
