LoRa Network
LoRa networks are low-power wide-area networks (LPWANs) designed for long-range, low-power communication, primarily used in Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Current research focuses on optimizing energy efficiency and mitigating challenges like channel allocation, interference, and security vulnerabilities through techniques such as reinforcement learning (e.g., multi-agent deep Q-networks, actor-critic methods), machine learning for noise mapping and device identification, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods for improved performance in resource-constrained environments. These advancements are crucial for expanding the capabilities and reliability of LoRa networks in diverse applications, including smart agriculture, smart cities, and industrial IoT, while addressing security concerns and improving overall network performance.
