Moral Value
Moral value research investigates the nature of morality, its expression in language and behavior, and its implications for artificial intelligence. Current research focuses on developing computational models, such as those based on BERT and other large language models (LLMs), to analyze and predict moral judgments from text data across diverse languages and cultures, addressing biases and inconsistencies in these models. This work is significant for advancing our understanding of human morality and for building more ethically sound and responsible AI systems, particularly in high-stakes decision-making contexts.
