Msi H
MSI, or Microsatellite Instability, refers to a phenomenon of genomic instability impacting various applications, from cancer diagnostics to image analysis. Current research focuses on leveraging machine learning, particularly deep learning models like ResNets and attention-based multiple instance learning, to improve MSI detection and prediction across diverse data types, including whole-slide images of tissue samples and satellite imagery. These advancements aim to improve the accuracy and efficiency of MSI detection in healthcare, enabling more precise diagnoses and personalized treatment strategies, and also enhancing applications in fields like urban planning through improved building height estimation from satellite data.
