Neural Scene Graph
Neural Scene Graphs (NSGs) represent dynamic scenes as graphs of interconnected objects, each modeled with a neural radiance field, enabling realistic rendering and manipulation of complex, multi-object environments like urban streetscapes. Current research focuses on improving efficiency, scalability to large scenes and numerous moving objects, and handling sparse or noisy data through techniques like multi-level graph structures, progressive scene construction, and consistency fields. This approach offers significant advancements in view synthesis, scene understanding, and simulation, with applications in autonomous driving, virtual and augmented reality, and other fields requiring high-fidelity 3D scene modeling.
