Research on empowering non-experts to effectively utilize and understand artificial intelligence focuses on bridging the gap between sophisticated AI systems and users lacking specialized knowledge. Current efforts concentrate on developing user-friendly interfaces, intuitive prompting strategies, and easily interpretable explanations for AI models, often employing multi-agent systems and no-code AutoML platforms. This work is crucial for broadening AI accessibility, fostering trust, and ensuring responsible AI deployment across diverse fields, from legal tech and healthcare to robotics and education.
