Parliamentary Corpus

Parliamentary corpora are collections of transcribed and, increasingly, recorded parliamentary proceedings used for linguistic and political analysis. Current research focuses on leveraging these corpora to improve automatic speech recognition (ASR) models, particularly for low-resource languages, often employing transformer-based architectures and exploring bias in information retrieval across multiple languages. These corpora are valuable resources for advancing natural language processing techniques, enabling deeper understanding of political discourse, and facilitating cross-lingual comparisons of political rhetoric and sentiment.
