Polynomial Zonotopes
Polynomial zonotopes are increasingly used to represent and analyze uncertainty in complex systems, particularly in robotics and control systems. Current research focuses on applying them to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reachability analysis, robust control design, and neural network verification, often within optimization frameworks. This work addresses challenges in handling non-convexity and high dimensionality, leading to more reliable safety guarantees and improved performance in applications like autonomous vehicle navigation and spacecraft control. The resulting advancements promise safer and more efficient control strategies for a wide range of systems.
