Power Control
Power control in wireless networks aims to optimize transmit power levels to maximize network performance, such as throughput and energy efficiency, while managing interference and meeting quality-of-service requirements. Current research heavily utilizes machine learning, particularly deep reinforcement learning and graph neural networks, to address the complexity of power control in diverse scenarios, including multi-user, multi-cell, and UAV-assisted networks. These advancements are crucial for improving the efficiency and reliability of next-generation wireless systems, impacting areas like IoT, 6G, and vehicular communications by enabling more robust and adaptable network management.
