Probe Motion
Probe motion research focuses on using probes—ranging from virtual probes analyzing data representations to physical probes interacting with the real world—to understand complex systems. Current research emphasizes developing novel probe designs and algorithms, including linear and non-linear probes for analyzing language models, and image-based visual servoing for robotic probe guidance in medical imaging. These advancements improve the accuracy and efficiency of various tasks, from analyzing the categorization abilities of AI models to enabling more precise and consistent medical procedures. Ultimately, this work contributes to a deeper understanding of both artificial and natural systems, leading to improvements in AI development and medical technologies.
