Prompt Alignment

Prompt alignment in machine learning focuses on improving the correspondence between input prompts (e.g., text descriptions for image generation) and model outputs, ensuring generated content faithfully reflects the prompt's semantics. Current research emphasizes techniques like adaptive prompt weighting, multi-modal prompt alignment, and prompt tuning within vision-language models (VLMs) and diffusion models to achieve this alignment, often employing contrastive losses or optimization algorithms to refine prompt embeddings or model weights.
