Qualitative Methodology

Qualitative methodology focuses on in-depth understanding of complex phenomena through analysis of non-numerical data, such as interviews or texts. Current research emphasizes enhancing efficiency and rigor through automated tools, including topic modeling techniques (like BERT embeddings and HDBSCAN clustering) and AI-assisted software for transcription, coding, and thematic analysis. This work aims to improve the scalability and reproducibility of qualitative research while addressing ethical considerations related to AI integration and ensuring the validity of findings, particularly when using AI-generated data.
