Raw Text
Raw text, in its unprocessed form, is increasingly central to various AI applications, driving research into efficient processing and leveraging its inherent information richness. Current efforts focus on developing models that directly utilize raw text for tasks like coreference resolution, novel generation, and instruction tuning, often employing large language models (LLMs) and deep learning architectures tailored to handle the complexities of unstructured data. This research is significant because it promises to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI systems across diverse domains, from natural language processing and image generation to medical image analysis and computer vision, by bypassing the limitations of pre-processed data.
