Semantic Discovery
Semantic discovery focuses on identifying and manipulating the underlying semantic attributes within complex data, such as images and multimodal utterances. Current research emphasizes unsupervised and efficient methods for disentangling these attributes, employing techniques like multimodal clustering, CLIP-based semantic integration, and contrasting deep features within generative models (e.g., GANs and StyleGAN). These advancements improve the understanding of data representations and enable more precise control over image generation and manipulation, with applications ranging from person re-identification to human-computer interaction.
