Sensor Interoperability
Sensor interoperability focuses on enabling seamless data exchange and integration between diverse sensor systems, aiming to improve data analysis and system performance. Current research emphasizes leveraging large language models (LLMs) for automated data standardization and ontology matching to resolve semantic inconsistencies, alongside the development of standardized data formats and interoperable architectures like microservices. This work is crucial for advancing applications across various fields, from IoT navigation and robotics to environmental monitoring and cultural heritage digitization, by facilitating more efficient data processing and analysis.
