Specific Knowledge Graph
Specific knowledge graphs aim to represent domain-specific knowledge in a structured format, improving the accuracy and reliability of large language models (LLMs) for knowledge-intensive tasks. Current research focuses on automated knowledge graph construction using LLMs, integrating these graphs with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and aligning LLMs with graph structures to enhance knowledge utilization and reduce knowledge forgetting. This work is significant because it addresses LLMs' limitations in factual accuracy and domain expertise, leading to more reliable and informative applications in diverse fields like medicine, biomedical research, and software development.
