Structure Function
Structure-function relationships investigate how the arrangement of components (structure) dictates the overall behavior or function of a system. Current research focuses on developing advanced methods, such as graph neural networks and deep learning models (including Transformers), to analyze and predict these relationships across diverse domains, from biological cells and neural networks to engineered systems and musical compositions. These analyses are crucial for understanding complex systems, improving model interpretability, and enabling advancements in fields ranging from disease diagnosis to product design and artificial intelligence.
