Syntactic Graph
Syntactic graphs represent sentence structure as networks of words and their grammatical relationships, aiming to improve natural language processing (NLP) tasks by capturing richer contextual information than traditional sequential models. Current research focuses on integrating syntactic graphs with neural networks, particularly graph convolutional networks and attention mechanisms, to enhance tasks like sentiment analysis, machine translation, and semantic role labeling. These advancements improve the accuracy and efficiency of NLP systems by leveraging the structural information inherent in language, leading to more robust and nuanced understanding of text.
