Team Performance
Team performance research investigates how diverse teams—human-human, human-AI, or multi-robot—achieve collective goals, focusing on optimizing collaboration and predicting outcomes. Current research employs various modeling approaches, including graph neural networks, Bayesian methods, and agent-based models, to analyze factors like information asymmetry, individual traits (e.g., agreeableness), and the impact of AI assistance on collective attention and decision-making. These studies aim to improve team effectiveness across diverse fields, from sports analytics and robotics to human-computer interaction and organizational management, by identifying key performance determinants and developing strategies for enhancing collaboration.
