Texture Space
Texture space research focuses on efficiently representing and manipulating texture information for applications like 3D rendering and image synthesis. Current efforts involve optimizing texture mapping for improved storage and rendering efficiency, often employing global parameterization or tri-plane representations within neural radiance fields (NeRFs) and diffusion models. These advancements are improving the realism and controllability of synthesized textures and 3D models, with implications for fields ranging from computer graphics and virtual reality to legal interpretation through improved analysis of open-textured legal terms.
